Tender description

A new Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating system is to be installed to serve the Workshop area. The existing LTHW system, which currently supplies unit heaters located around the perimeter of the workshop, shall be decommissioned and removed. Two new circuits shall be introduced: one variable temperature LTHW circuit serving the radiant panels and one constant temperature LTHW circuit serving localised fan convectors within floor pits, a unit heater in an area off the main workshop and a new ceiling void mounted fan coil unit on the first floor replacing the exiting located there currently. The current variable temperature LTHW heating circuit serving the existing office is to be retained but new controls/sensors installed to allow connection to the proposed new Building Management System. As part of the works within the plant room area a new low loss LTHW header will be required for the 3No circuits https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?v=2
