Tender description
Swansea Council intends to comply with the current Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS), works will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing and other works as detailed in this specification. The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 12nr. Council owned properties at Heol Y Garn and Lon Y Felin, Garnswllt
