Improving quality of life for carers' in Halton, both young carers and young adult carers, to access a wide range of universal and targeted services that will support them to improve their quality of life throughout all stages of their caring role. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver Carers Support Services in Halton.
