CAVUHB is looking to implement a contract for an Energy Monitoring and Targeting System with associated resources across its estate for the following reasons: To implement a more robust energy consumption and cost monitoring and invoice validation process including 3rd party tenant recharges. To provide greater accuracy for energy consumption and cost reporting and forecasting.
