Providing support in Cheshire East Place to people, carers and families affected by dementia. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Cheshire East Place intend to award a 1 year contract via direct award C to the incumbent provider to deliver dementia support services in Cheshire East. The contracts will commence on 1st April 2024, expire on 31st March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £92,965.
