Advice on Bath Western Riverside Phase 2 in respect of variations to HIF grant funding agreements, negotiating heads of terms for new conditional land swap and providing procurement and subsidy advice and related matters. The total value of this contracts initial 27 month term is £311,625.00 (ex vat) The total value of this contracts initial 27 month term is £373,950.00 (incl. vat) There are 2 x 6 month optional extensions available, pricing subject to mutual agreement but not beyond 50% of the original contract value
