The total value of this contract's initial 24 month term is £242,814.64 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 24 month term is £291,377.57 (inc VAT) There is 1 extension available as follows: Optional extension 1 value is £192,228.26 (ex VAT) The total potential contract value exclusive of VAT is £435,042.90 (including all extension options) The total potential contract value inclusive of VAT is £522,051.48 (including all extension options) The Community Wellbeing House provides accommodation-based support for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health needs. The service is designed to deliver: • Short-term, targeted interventions to prevent hospital admissions and promote recovery. • Peer support and community engagement to build resilience and independence. • Flexible crisis support for individuals at risk of mental health deterioration.
