Tender description
This contract is for advice on the use and development of the OpenCGA genomic data management system. Lot 1: This contract is for advice on the use and development of the OpenCGA genomic data management system, specifically: general and system-specific professional service support of OpenCGA as a large-volume genomics data management system; use of OpenCGA in support of Buyer's research and clinical environments, and future directions; and growing the technical and scientific capacity and capability of Buyer's systems engineering for self support.
