Tender description
The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers all semi-permanent external metal handrail works for the period stated. The tender covers works for Repairs & Maintenance (Responsive Repairs, Voids and Adaptations). There is scope for 3 x 12 month extensions on this tender, and the award criteria will be based on 40% price, 40% quality & 20% social value in accordance with the documents provided.
