Procurement of a Digital Alarm Receiving Centre. Lot 1: This Call-Off was conducted via Scotland Excel Digital ARC framework. This framework is a single supplier agreement that enables councils, Health, and Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs), Housing Associations and other organisations in their roles as Telecare Service Providers (TSPs) to deliver digital telecare services to their service users (citizens).
