This framework agreement is for the provision of a Low-Tech Homecare Dispense & Delivery<br/>Service for Licensed Medicines for patients of Member Trusts referred to henceforth as the<br/>‘Service’ to Participating Trusts of the East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative Lot 1: EMPC is a NHS Procurement organisation hosted by University Hospitals of Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust who is managing the Contract on behalf of the Trusts listed in Annex B9. EMPC is undertaking a competitive tender on behalf of the listed Trusts the provision of a Low-Tech Homecare Dispense and Delivery Service.
