Tender description
North Ayrshire Council’s Property Management & Investments department require to appoint a contractor to undertake roofing maintenance and repair works to non-domestic properties throughout North Ayrshire to ensure they are maintained to meet necessary standards and requirements. The contract terms will be Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot) 2019.
