There is car parking to both the front and rear of the property, with grass land and mature trees also included within the site boundary. The Property is currently utilised as an office (Use Class E) and so planning permission would be required to change the use of the property to regularise any alternative uses. The Property lies within the Merrington Lane Protected Employment Site as identified by CDP Policy 2.
