To support the emotional well-being and improve mental health for Children Looked After (CLA) and to promote positive and sustained relationship building for these young people to improve placement stability. Research nationally shows that there is an interaction between emotional wellbeing and placement stability, placement stability boosts good outcomes for CLA.
