About the buyer
Trowbridge Town Council is the parish and town council for the county town of Wiltshire, procuring through its own administration rather than a shared service. Bids are judged on price, quality, technical capability and environmental and social value, not lowest cost alone.
Over the past 5 years, most of Trowbridge Town Council's contract awards have been in construction work and agricultural and horticultural services.
