About the buyer

Lancashire County Council is a local authority that buys through directorates spread across the county. Suppliers register and bid through the Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal, introduced in January 2023 to replace iSupplier. Contracts at or near national thresholds are advertised on Find a Tender.
