Tender description
The LGA wishes to commission research to identify evidence to inform a set of HR indicators to contribute to the wider understanding and responses to council issues on people management with specific focus on capacity and HR Risk. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
