Tender description
The works comprise of the extension and refurbishment to the existing Edward Lawson Centre including structural work to the new extension, minor demolition works, installation of new partitions, replacing floor/wall & ceiling finishes, re-decoration, replacing sanitary ware, upgrade mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, cleaning the areas on completion.
