About the buyer

Bath Spa University is a higher education corporation and exempt charity regulated by the Office for Students. A small specialist procurement team, based on the Newton Park campus, runs high-value contracts, while academic departments handle lower-value purchases directly. Framework agreements and dynamic markets cover much of the buying, drawn from the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium and Crown Commercial Service. The Board of Governors oversees value for money across all spending.
