Tender description
The South Tees substance misuse treatment and recovery pathway is developing at pace with both a Primary and Secondary Rehabilitation facility becoming operational imminently. As well as being provided with a generous amount of Supplemental Substance Misuse and Treatment Grant (SSMTRG), the Office for Health Inequalities and Disparities (OHID) have also set targets for each of the South Tees LA’s in relation to people accessing Tier 4 services (In patient detox, primary rehabilitation and secondary rehabilitation). Evidence from neighbouring authorities shows that to have a service within the community building recovery capital, can increase numbers of people in treatment and recovery by 50%
