Tender description
Moat is seeking feedback from the market to help us shape our long term plan for the supply of media and marketing services. This PIN constitutes a market engagement opportunity. Not registering your interest will not preclude you from bidding for this opportunity following the publication of the Contract Notice. We are initially issuing this questionnaire for suppliers to complete and return to Moat to help us shape our requirements. Suppliers can submit their completed questionnaire in the evaluation area of the portal.
