Tender description
Swansea Council has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements. The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade the Thermal Value to 34 No. Council owned properties at Heol Hafdy, Lon Tyrhaul and Trallwn Road, Trallwn To comply with current WHQS, works will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing, window and door renewal, renewing rainwater goods, provision of photovoltaic and battery storage system.
