Tender description
The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 15 Contractors unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. A further 5 contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. And or a Public Building which is in use by members of the public. Lot 1: The purpose of this agreement was for Building Services (more particularly Property Maintenance Section) on behalf of the of Swansea Council to establish a framework agreement for General Builders. The framework is an agreement for the Building Maintenance Section to carry out maintenance projects to Swansea Councils Schools and the Public Building Portfolio. These works include but are not limited to: General Building Groundworks Bricklaying Plastering Carpentry Flooring Installation of Fire Doors
