The Council puts a high emphasis on health and safety in the management of its housing and building services. With a range of skills shortages in the sector and a lack of capacity to meet the needs of London boroughs, Enfield is committed to growing our capacity and we are seeking an overall approach to the classification of skill requirements in our structures and job roles and a plan that will support recruitment, internal upskilling and continuous professional development to ensure the competence of our people to perform their functions.
