Tender description
Refurbishment and fabric upgrade works at Mountbellew Garda Station, Co. Galway, ca. 332m2. Planned fabric works to the station building include replacement/refurbishment of existing pitched and flat roof coverings, external window and door replacement and ground works. Planned internal works include refurbishment and fit out of the existing Public Office (including installation of fixed furniture) and store room, with associated electrical works. Works are expected to commence in early 2025 and to take circa 5 months to complete, with the station remaining open and operational throughout.
