Tender description

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) wish to appoint a single principle building contractor to complete the J.C. Edwards Boundary Wall Heritage Project. This will involve Works to carefully dismantle, reconfigure and repair the existing boundary wall to the former Offices of the J. C. Edwards Tile and Brickworks, and create a community amenity space to the rear with seating, planting and interpretation. This new open space public amenity will be used by the community and visitors and also tells the history of the brickworks and other industries in the immediate vicinity.
