University of Plymouth is a higher education institution with its own procurement team based at Drake Circus. Membership of the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium gives access to shared higher education framework agreements. Suppliers are chosen through competitive tendering, or through quotations for lower-value purchases. No approved supplier list exists, only individual contracts and framework arrangements.
