A Service Provider was required to maintain and develop the Housing And Regeneration Programme (HARP) system which is used for storing consistent and accurate information about our housing and regeneration programmes which is then used for programme management and official statistics. It is a web-based outward facing system and also allows applicants to apply for and receive grant approvals and payments Lot 1: Contract award via mini competition using SG Framework Digital Technology and Cyber Services - DPS Lot 1.
