The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £205,000.00 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £246,000.00 (inc VAT) There are 2 optional extensions available as follows: Optional extension 1 value is £70,000.00 (ex VAT) Optional extension 2 value is £70,000.00 (ex VAT) The total potential contract value exclusive of VAT is £345,000.00 (including all extension options) The total potential contract value inclusive of VAT is £414,000.00 (including all extension options) The Council wishes to establish a single provider contract for the provision of security services to Guildhall. This is a services contract being procured using a two stage below threshold process. These services fall under the Light Touch Regime.
