This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a specialist in the field of programme and project governance to work to deliver a short 4 week diagnostic to meet the Corporate Services Review timetable as well as allowing a speedy response to observed control concerns; concerns raised by the some teams in how they work together and observations from internal audit.
