Tender description

The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a contractor to undertake an evaluation of decision-making in the delivery of devolved disability benefits. The overall aim of the work is to provide the Scottish Government with timely, robust research on policy changes to decision-making and how these impact on individuals’ disability benefit experiences. Engagement will be required with individual applicants and Social Security Scotland's Case Managers.
