Tender description
We are looking to commission the delivery of several business critical learner retention improvement programmes from a range of providers to support and expand on the ongoing implementation and delivery of the retention actions within the Long Term Workforce Plan. (LTWP). The key deliverables are the expansion of the multi-professional implementation of the Safe Learning Environment Charter to include AHPs, supporting the implementation of the Educator Workforce Strategy and improving learner supervision. Equality, diversity and inclusion is cencentral to this work. The key aims are to improve retention across all professional groups which is critical to delivering sustainable growth in the clinical workforce. Existing revenue streams equate to £1,120,000 and will be utilised as £160,000 per region.
