Tender description
Kirklees Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy team to support the development of a new place-based Masterplan Blueprint for Marsden - Colne Valley, Kirklees, West Yorkshire. The appointed team will lead the development of the Blueprint working closely with the Council and a newly formed Community Partnership who will work closely to establish a shared vision for the future supported by a deliverable plan of interventions. The appointed team must have experience in a range of skills and services.
