Royal Holloway, University of London is seeking to appoint a supplier for the development and delivery of a Service Excellence (Customer Service) Training Programme for University Managers and Staff for an initial term of three years which may be extended by a further one plus one year period(s). PLEASE NOTE THAT: individual courses are scheduled on the basis of staff demand and budget availability, and the University does not guarantee any volume of business.
