The fit out of 2 storey building for Womens Health Services. The scope of works for this contract shall include, but not limited to: - New internal partitioning to suit required layout - New Mechanical and Electrical Installaions throughout - New internal doors and joinery fittings - New floor, wall and ceiling finishes - New sanitary provisions - New Clean and Dirty Utility areas - New passenger lift - Roadway Entrance / Exit modifications - New External Waste Hold
