Tender description
This is to provide coverage for a completely ad-hoc service provided as required by emergency response, service requirements cannot be predicted or accurately planned for, this route will enable LCC to engage with a compliant supplier as and when needed, without the need for a retainer payment thus ensuring spend is kept as low as possible.
