The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £119,340.00 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £143,208.00 (inc VAT) There is 1 extension available as follows: Optional extension 1 value is £79,560.00 (ex VAT) The total potential contract value exclusive of VAT is £198,900.00 (including all extension options) The total potential contract value inclusive of VAT is £238,680.00 (including all extension options) Bath and North East Council (B&NES) is required under its commercial Water Supply Agreement with YTL to supply untreated hot mineral water of a prescribed quality and quantity for use in the Thermae Bath Spa facility. In order to maintain and verify the quality of supply weekly cleaning in place (CIP)operations and water analysis is required.
