Tender description
MSV Housing are seeking to secure a contractor to deliver kitchen and bathroom replacements in a number of properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. The tender exercise will be conducted to an approved listed of contractors from the Contractor DPS – Capital Works - Lot 34 Kitchen and Bathrooms. Contract duration will be for an initial 12 months, with the option for an additional 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
