Tender description
Refurbish 2 bedroom farmhouse to enable letting out under a Farm Business Tenancy. A survey has been undertaken to identify the works involved prior to purchase. Contractors will be required to ensure all works are completed, subject to recommendation within this document. This contract relates to internal works to the dwelling only. Additional information: To apply for this opportunity you must submit your quotation meeting the requirements detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) attached. Your response must be sent to richard.glasson@naturalengland.org.uk by 12 midday on 28th October 2024. It is strongly advised that bidders visit the work and site location, Natural England will favour such bidders that attend a sight visit.
