Tender description
Torbay Council would like to engage with local contractors and promote this opportunity to enter into a four-year Framework Agreement of contracts to provide planned and reactive asset maintenance services to the Council and its partners. We are keen to identify which local contractors are capable of resourcing and delivering these contracts and also satisfy the demands of Torbay Council and its partner organisations in providing a high quality and reliable service to our customers.
