North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire - Health and Justice Team (the Relevant Authority), who are undertaking a competition to commission NHSE940 West Yorkshire Prisons (Adult Male) Dental Service under a Personal Dental Services Agreement - July 2018.
