Tender description

• Assess the fitness for purpose of the OF and PF with respect to them supporting proposed outcomes under the Futures Board.• Identify the KPOs that need to change, are no longer required or if new ones (including targets and criteria) are required for a revised OF and PF.• Identify any new measures needed to support performance reporting.• Assess any operational barriers that could affect the delivery of the building standards service with the recommended changes to the OF, PF and KPOs.
