Following the completion of a mini-competition exercise through Lot 2 of the North Wales Construction Partnership (NWCP) Framework, Wrexham County Borough Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out various works required to extend and refurbish the Old Library Building (LL11 1AU) and turn it into a Creative Hub.
