Tender description
Tenders were sought from interested parties to supply to Shetland Islands Council a new vessel in accordance with the Specification of Requirements and in the timescale detailed in the Invitation to Tender documents. The requirement was for a MCA workboat code compliant new build steel monohull vessel with 12 passenger capacity. Lot 1: The procurement procedure followed for the Supply of Vessel, was the Open Procedure in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
