About the buyer
Ulster University buys as a higher and further education body, running its own Procurement Office from Coleraine. There are no approved supplier lists, only live tenders and frameworks. Framework agreements with NWUPC and SUPC cover much of its buying. The Crown Commercial Service and Northern Ireland's Central Procurement Directive add more routes.
Construction work also appears separately on Constructionline.
Over the past 5 years, most of Ulster University's contract awards have been in IT services, business services and repair and maintenance.
