Tender description
London Luton Airport are looking for bidders for the Noise Insulation scheme.As part of a Section 106 agreement with Luton Borough Council established during the consent of planning permission granted in 2014, London Luton Airport are required to put in place a noise insulation scheme for residential and non-residential properties. The potential budget available for the entire scheme is up to £1.4 million over 3 years, subject to uptake of property owners. Note, there is no guarantee of value during this contract. LLA will be looking for a contractor to undertake pre-assessment surveys and install acoustic insulation required. Lot 1: As per tender documents. Additional information: Please see tender documents
