External modifications to the front entrance paving to provide level access from public footpath to ground floor level, internally subdivision of the entrance looby with a glazed timber partition and door, new Part M public counter, public office, refurbished storage room and day room, UAWC and tea station. To include internal drainage works and all associated mechanical and electrical works.
