ID 5443075 - DfI - Rathlin Island Ferry Service Provision *Pre-market engagement* As part of DFI procurement preparation, the Construction Procurement Delivery (CPD) is running a Pre-Market Engagement exercise on their behalf and is inviting potential service providers to complete the attached questionnaire. The Department for Infrastructure (DFI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to appoint a Contractor to provide a modern reliable ferry service between Rathlin Island and Ballycastle. At this stage, Department for Infrastructure wishes to establish the level of market interest to inform any subsequent procurement process.
