Tender description

South Dublin County Council (SDCC) seeks to appoint a consultant to a lighting design professional fully accredited with the ILP and hold full membership (MILP) of this professional body, with a proven track record in the design of major public lighting projects. The post also requires the successful candidate to be qualified to act as ESBN Authorising Officer/Live Works Manager on behalf of South Dublin County Council and must have evidence of this qualification. A list of the duties and requirements are set out below: • Planning Responsibilities • TIC/Adoption/Plebiscite/ Bond Release/Building Control Reports • Legal/Insurance/Liability Reports • Development of Public Lighting Suite of Documents • Public Lighting Design responsibilities • Project Management Duties • Health and Safety Responsibilities
