Tender description
The FCA is establishing a framework for the provision of legal services for a four-year period, to take effect from April 2025.<br/>The Framework will consist of two Lots: <br/>Lot 1 – Public Sector Law<br/>Lot 2 – Corporate & Commercial Legal Services Lot 2: Corporate and Commercial Legal Services Lot 2 covers the FCA's Corporate and Commercial Legal Services requirements as follows: <br/>Corporate and Commercial<br/>Corporate Governance & Responsibility<br/>Dispute Resolution / Litigation<br/>Employment / Health & Safety <br/>Environmental<br/>Information Technology (including Artificial Intelligence (AI)), Data & Cyber<br/>Intellectual Property & Media<br/>Pensions<br/>Real Estates & Facilities<br/>Tax & Accounting. Additional information: Please note the values provided in Section V Award of Contract is the total estimated value of the Lot. Lot Lot 1: Public Sector Law Lot 1 covers the FCA's public sector law requirements as follows:<br/>Accountability & Audit/Risk<br/>EU & International<br/>Financial Services/ FSMA<br/>Human Rights & Civil Liberties<br/>Policy & Process<br/>Procurement & Outsourcing <br/>Payment Services & Systems<br/>Public Law Litigation / Judicial Review / Regulatory Failure Investigations<br/>Competition<br/>Insolvency and recovery advice.
